More Pumps and Plumbing

A close up of plumbed pump box. I will use this pattern on all 3 pumps.

2" line in and out with ball valves, also 2- 2" vents 1 behind fan on pump motor and one high at the other end for hot air to exit.

This is the first compleat circuit of line back to the pond! Horray!! I plan to use this medical bypass to keep water moving this winter so as to avoid freezing. the slope from the pond will cover all of this.

8500 GPH through this 4" Medical Bypass

The clean out facing up is so I can drain the bypass when not in use to keep it from going anerobic.

3 way valve for each pump

I was amazed I got all this to fit  well without any flexible pipe. You can see the abs inlet vent pipe in this pic.

Skippy lines w/ check valves

This is as far as the skippy will get for a while but both pumps are plumbed to the pond. And the exquigable Boo Beast.

waterproof I hope

Fully plumbed pump boxes and waterproofed 3 way valves. Ready to be buried on turkey day +1

Pair of pumps in a box

In the box, Sequence 6000PRM and a beckett condensate pump for dewatering. Hope one runs all the time and the other never!
